This is a Victorian terrace and each room has its own bathroom and Balcony ! We are located just off William street in Woolloomooloo near Domain. Lucky us, we areclose to supermarkets, cafes, buses, Kings Cross Darlinghurst Road and Victoria Stree, Hyde Park, and a walk away to the OperaHouse, Oxford street, CBD and buses to Bondi, Bronte, Vaucluse.

Basically, someone who is responsible with rent and sharing the property. More so, we would give preference to someone who is happy to contribute and lookout on how to contribute to a happy living environment.
