Prime Inner-City Location – Walk to Opera House!
Live in the best part of Sydney! Just a 20-minute walk to the Opera House through the stunning Botanical Gardens, 8 minutes to the CBD, and only 15 minutes by bus to Bondi Beach.
This charming, fully furnished old workers' cottage offers peace and privacy in the heart of Woolloomooloo, with only the church bells from St Mary’s Cathedral breaking the quiet on Sundays. The backyard features heritage sandstone walls and a serene, private atmosphere.
You’ll be sharing with me — I’m a chilled, respectful professional and psychology student who works from home. I value my fitness, love to cook, enjoy the occasional wine, and I’m big on personal space and quiet. I’m easy to get along with, grounded, and have a flexible personality.
The available bedroom is the larger one — spacious, quiet, and complete with a big built-in wardrobe and loads of extra storage outside the room.
Bonus: two purebred Burmese cats drop by from time to time. They’re super chill and love hanging out at the Old Fitz around the corner. So — must love cats!
Looking for someone stable, clean, and drama-free. Ideally another professional who’s respectful and easygoing.

I’m someone who values my peace and privacy, but I’m also very social and enjoy good company. I study psychology at Macquarie University and work from home — though when I’m working, it’s always behind closed doors, so you’ll often have the place to yourself.
I love to cook and enjoy sharing a meal or wine from time to time, but I’m also very respectful of space. I’m fair, extremely responsible, and easy to live with. I’m also hyper-aware of mental health — I take mine seriously and keep it in check, which means I live a calm, grounded, drama-free life.
Fitness is a big part of my routine — I love running and looking after myself, and I keep a clean, relaxed, and good-energy home.
I’m looking for someone who is flexible, easygoing, and completely drama-free. Ideally, you’re focused on your own life — not mine — and bring a mature, grounded energy to the house. A professional who looks after themselves, values their health, and respects personal space is the perfect fit.
Someone clean, self-aware, independent and respectful is very welcome here.
Mudd and Arya are two purebred Burmese cats who occasionally come to visit from my sister’s place. They’re super chill, very well-trained, and absolute locals — they even go for pram rides to nearby cafés and pubs. Regulars at the Old Fitz around the corner, they’re friendly, calm, and bring a lovely, low-key vibe to the house. So yes — you’ll need to be a cat lover!
