Description of the home
I have a space in my garage for rent that can be a bedroom/lounge room combined. It can come fully furnished if needed. I have a toilet downstairs in the laundry that you can use but you will have to share the bathroom upstairs. You can share the kitchen as well and you can have a fridge/freezer put in your room or you can share ours. I live with my 31year old son (who is hardly ever home). The townhouse has a small yard that you can use and there is a large grassed area out the front that all the residents can use. There is plenty of parking in our complex which is a small complex of 8 townhouses all very friendly neighbours. The property is only a sort walk to the river andit is in a lovely peacful area. It feels like you are on holidays living there. It is only about a 10min drive to get to Sutherland or Menai where the shops are and there is a bus in Woronora if needed.
