Private bedroom and bathroom in Zetland/Rosebery. Designer duplex apartment with high ceilings and some flexible spaces that look pretty awesome.
Upstairs, the bedrooms are separated by 2 bathrooms, meaning you have a private bathroom.
Downstairs, we have the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone bench tops, a dishwasher, and an internal laundry with a dryer. As you can see in the pictures, the open living and dining area leads to this enclosed balcony/winter garden, which is pretty neat.
Buses and cafes on the doorstep.
10-minute walk to Green Square train station.
5-minute walk to Woolies.
4-minute walk to Gunyama Park (Gym and Aquatic Centre).
13-minute walk to East Village Shopping Centre, Zetland.
