Bedroom is the larger of two bedrooms in a split level apartment. Bedroom has it's own adjoining bathroom (with Bathtub) and built-in wardrobe, and its own park facing balcony that gets the afternoon sun.
Kitchen is quite large and plenty of space and opens onto dining, then lounge and its own north facing balcony
Room can be furnished however happy to make changes to suit if required.
Complex has 3 pools (lagoon, rooftop and lap) and an internal garden, with many nearby parks as well.
About a 5 minute walk to East Village Shopping Centre, Virgin Active, a number of gyms and good restraunts.
Green Square station (1x stop to Central, 2x stops to airport) is about 7 minute walk, and access to a few bus routes.

Pretty busy most days, have started to work from the city almost full time now.
Generally in the gym in the morning then will look to sneak a second session in the evening.
Pretty easy going and considerate, and try to keep reasonably tidy.
I'm enjoy sharing and like to have housemates as good friends, however I also do my own thing quite often.
