Hi All,

We've just moved into a brand new, 18th floor apartment with incredible panoramic city views (180 degree facing East). We are looking for a single, tidy, male/female to occupy the second bedroom.

This is a large and modern apartment with built in AC/heating facilities and a stunning outdoor terrace where you can sit back and appreciate either the sunrise with a coffee or sunset with a glass of wine or two! The interior of the apartment has a clean and minimalistic feel with several plants and lots of natural light.

The room available is a double with built in wardrobes and stunning views looking south and sunsets over the bay. The room comes with a double bed which has a Koala matress so you'll be sleeping well. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other (female).

The apartment is positioned in Green Square / Zetland, a two minute walk from the train station and and is conveniently located to the following:

- Bus stops a stone through away (<2mins), connecting you to; CBD, Randwick, Bondi, Broadway and Newtown
- Green Square Station: 2 minutes walk
- East Village Shopping Centre a 7min walk, giving you access to; Coles, Virgin Active, Coffee Shops, Fresh Food Markets etc.
- Green Square is on our doorstep which offers a Woolies amonst other restaurants and cafe's. We have Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre on our doorstep too: 2min walk.

The apartment is fully furnished and comes equipped with all of the essentials, and a shared office space in the building too as well as, gym & sky lounge!

We have 1000/50mbps cable, and all of the usual services such as netflix etc. to watch on our brand new 50" TV. We also have a well equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, sous vide, toasty maker and other appliances to assist in whatever you may like to cook.

The price is not inclusive of bills, you will be required to pay internet, gas and electricity which is approx. $300pp / quarter.

About the occupants
You will be sharing the apartment with a couple (36, 28) from London and Tokyo. Oliver is a freelance designer and Naho works in planning for Koala. We are easy going, and live busy and healthy lifestyles. We both love the ocean - be it swimming or freediving. We enjoy having a clean and harmonious environment to come home to and as such, this is not a party house - but we do enjoy sharing meals and drinks with each other and friends in our downtime.
