Hi! I’m going away on holidays from 22/05 to 14/06 and want to sublease my room.

Give you a bit of info:

🛏️ Huge room with king bed, television and private balcony & bathroom. Includes also study ( I WFH). Price includes all bills.
👫 Apartment shared with one girl from the UK (she has her own room, bathroom and terrace). Only kitchen and living is shared.
🏡 The house is fully equipped, large living room and American kitchen. It has 2 terraces, one with a grill.
📍Next to the bus stop to go to UNSW and 10 min walk to green square metro station.
🛒 East Village 3 min walking with Coles and plenty of restaurants.
🌞Complex has an outdoor pool and Gunyama Park (with gym & Olympic pool is just 5 min walking distance)
