Beautiful, modern, high ceilings, north facing, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with a well appointed kitchen with all the trimmings, good sized balcony, internal washer and dryer, rooftop terrace including sun beds and bbq facilities.
The building is near brand new, in a nice up and coming suburb. Walking distance to well connected public transport - 20 minutes to the city, and the beach. Seconds from the Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre, and no shortage of great eateries all within walking distance, including local supermarkets.
Your room will be the main bedroom, with a your own private ensuite, ducted air conditioning and a small north facing juilette balcony, with a queen bed provided. Internet and water is included in the rent, as are a couple of subscriptions on the TV (Kayo, Stan etc.) with electricity at an additional cost.

I’ve recently moved from Melbourne to Sydney, settling in a beautiful two bedroom, two bath apartment in Zetland. Home is originally Wagga Wagga, so I come blessed with those traditional country values, and am an all round good person, with a nice network of friends in Sydney.
I’m looking for the right person to join my relaxed, respectful, and social household. This is definitely more of a home than a party house — good energy, mutual respect, hoping for someone who enjoys living together rather than just co‑existing.
