The property has 4 bedrooms in total, and available for flat mates:

The house is fully furnished and has all kitchen appliances and equipment. If we find out something handy is missing, we're more than happy to buy it for housemates to use.

The house has living room, dining room, laundry room, fully fenced backyard and front yard. There is also some storage space in the garage, if needed.

The house is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, and:
5 min walking distance to the manning river sidewalk.
7 min walking to YMCA and the aquatic Centre

For house mates, strictly non-smoking and casual/social drinking ONLY. A healthy and nurturing environment is the only rule. Everything else gets sorted naturally.

Maximum 3 bedrooms for rent (mentioned above) + 1 bedroom vacant for occasional visitors.

We love animals but we won't be able to receive pets at home.
