Live in a cozy two-bedroom nearly fully furnished unit.
Location wise - I regularly walk to Queens park and close cafes.
The Hooper Center is walking distance and there is an aldi opening there soon so walking to get groceries will be possible then.

Housemate will enjoy a room just for themselves, with a shared common area.
The unit includes all essentials
except the second bedroom furnishings and washing machine/dryer.
(Any applicants who need a place to stay who do FIFO work would only be required a lower percentage of rent to pay)

Unfortunately I have a peanut and sesame allergy so I can't have peanuts at all in the house, and I can only be around small amounts of sesame seeds (no sesame oil in Tupperware or pans)

Hey i'm Kate! I'm a 30 year old Christian female looking for another female housemate. I love art so you can expect to find me painting or drawing. I've worked in NDIS for 10 years. Generally, when I meet up with friends it's out - so you don't have to worry about me having a lot of people over.
There is a garage where you can park your car as I don't use it. My house is fully furnished , minus a laundry machine and furnishings in the second bedroom. If you have your own furniture that you want to move this we can discuss that as i'm willing to make space for you too :)
