Rent also includes an additional bedroom that can be set up as you wish- a possible study or additional private living space. Current tenant is looking to move out in around 4 weeks but we can negotiate move in date. There is also a spare bedroom so there is room to have someone move in before she moves out.

I am looking for a housemate who wants to share a house, not just come and go from a room. The house is all set up but I am always open to including your items and set up spaces together so that it feels like home to you. Someone who is considerate, willing to help with the upkeep of the house and yards (or to outsource these jobs if unable) and is able to pay rent and bills on time is essential. Having someone who is comfortable having a chat and sharing an occasional dinner would be great also. We have a chilled household so am not looking for anyone looking to regularly bring the party back to the house.

Chester is a 4 year old cavoodle. He loves people and is super friendly and usually pretty chilled. He is mostly an inside dog and will want to be near you if I am not around so you must like dogs.
