The available room is a good size with air-con and a ceiling fan, the windows have screens to keep the mozzies out, beautiful polished floorboards and a sliding door. It is at the end of the hallway away from the living room.
I'd prefer a female flatmate, but am open to couples, the room will come unfurnished, if you require furnished and are looking for a long term rental, I'm open to supplying some basic furniture.

This is a gorgeous cottage style home, with air-conditioning, comfy lounge, dining room and fully stocked kitchen, the bedrooms are down the hallway away from the living area, there's one shared bathroom, and two separate toilets.

It has a huge backyard with beautiful trees, a big shed for storage, plenty of shade for seating in the backyard, and a little enclosed patio at the front.

It's a 2 min drive to Otto's Market (or a nice walk), 5 min drive to strand fitness central or muscle and fitness gym, 10 min drive to the city, 5 min drive to Castletown shopping centre and 10 min drive to/from the airport.

Plus there's a great cafe (Fat Dogz) right down the road to walk to in the mornings and on the weekends and get your coffee.

Off street parking in the driveway and plenty of on-street parking out the front of the house.

The room will be unfurnished, however I am open to furnishing it if you are looking for a long term rental or require basic furnishings.
