Room rental includes internet and front lawn maintenance. Electricity is paid by tenants. Bedrooms are all fitted with keylock handles for maximum privacy. Bedrooms are air-conditioned, ceiling fan, carpeted and have spacious built-in wardrobes with hanging space and shelving, and mirrored sliding doors. Air-conditioners and fans replaced 8/24. Common areas of home are fully furnished and include fridge, washing machine, microwave, lounge, TV, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, outdoor table and bench seating.

Room rate - Ensuite/main bedroom unfurnished $300pw, furnished option available upon request.
