My current roommate is planning to leave by July and I reckon you'll find our place convenient and fair for the price. The apartment is a 15 min walk/5 min drive to the centre of town, and a 10 min walk/2 min drive to the beach. Plenty of parking behind the residence so you don't need to worry about parking on the street. Fully furnished so you don't need to worry about bringing your own tables, bed frames, etc. 3 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) and 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor and another on the 1st floor. The stove is electric and there is a deck to smoke if you wish.

I live with someone who I've looked up to as a father figure since I was 12. His name is Rob but unfortunately he'll be wanting to leave our apartment possibly in July; hence why I am promoting our residence. He is now retired and I have a deep respect for him. He has helped me through thick and thin, is generous and in the short time you may get to know him, you'll surely see why I look up to him.
