There is another larger room in the back of shed which was a music room however this can be used as a bedroom if you would like more privacy away from the main house which will be at a rate of $250. To rent both rooms the rent would be $450 giving you a bedroom in main house and a room in shed for privacy which we can work together to convert into a studio apartment or living area.

Bills and expenses
I work full time so I’m out most of the week.
Rent will include space for car which may include undercover, council rates, water, electricity and gas. Can discuss grocery shopping and sharing of food for the right person.
Bills are shared and include electricity and gas; approx. $200 per month. Internet is $60 per month.
You have the option to share our streaming services, which is Netflix, for $10 per month.
Internet included in rent.
Storage space can be provided.
Basic home gym can be used respectfully by tenant which is situated in the main shed.

My daughter goes to day care/kinder full time. I share custody of my daughter so she is at home 4 nights per week. House can be busy at times.
House mate would need to be accepting and kind to children and dogs.
