The bathroom and Toilet is right beside your bedroom, and is shared with others in the top bedrooms as well. Large living areas and dining areas and outside entertainment areas to relax and or go swimming etc in.
Lanlord lives in the east wing of the home and your bedroom is in the west elevated 2nd floor wing of the home.
Best to have a car as the nearest Bus Stop is 10 minutes walk away from the house. So steep walk coming back up if you have to use bus each day. As the home is at the top of Willow Park at Wodonga Vic.

Bills and expenses

High Speed Wifi (linked with Netflix is in the bills). Elec Bill, Wood Heating and Gas Heating and Gas Cooking, Pool Maintenance chlorine salt etc also included in the bills as extra and many many extras that I also supply. Like toilet paper, blankets doonas and Carpet Cleaning when needed and a paid cleaner every Tuesday to do Toilets, Showers Vacuum out shared areas and mop where tiles are. Plus little cleaning extras when time permits. Prefer mature female but willing to take on anyone that is decent and fully employed. Having a car is your better option as I do live at the top of the Willow Park Housing Estate overlooking beautiful Wodonga through to Albury etc. Fantastic Hilltop walkways through the Reaserve right behind the lovely home providing many areas to enjoy the lovely weather of the Riverina.
