Own bathroom that doubles as a shared laundry. Separate private entry. Sink and space for basic kitchen facilities.
The house is opposite the beach and a 5 min walk to train.
I really love it and are looking for the right person to enjoy the house as much as i do.
House is furnished except for your room, but can probably accommodate an item or two.
Pretty flexible with move in date just after the right person!
