Looking for an easygoing, respectful housemate (bonus points if you're just a decent, down-to-earth human!) to share my spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in the heart of stunning Austinmer.
The house is full of natural light, with gorgeous escarpment views, tucked away on a lovely, quiet lane with friendly neighbours — yet just a short stroll across the road to the beach and a flat 5-minute walk to the train. It’s an oldy but a goldy! ✨

You'll have the entire downstairs to yourself, including:

I live upstairs and am often away for work, so I'm looking for someone who will treat the home like their own and enjoy the peaceful, coastal lifestyle it offers.
