The room is spacious and unfurnished with a large built in wardrobe, is carpeted and is conveniently right next to the bathroom.
Rent is $295 per week excluding all bills split evenly (unless otherwise discussed) + internet is $50 per month.
Bond is $1180.
Lake Illawarra - 2 minute walk
Wollongong Central - 15 minute drive
UOW campus - 12 minute drive
Port Kembla Beach - 9 minute drive

Preferably looking for a male roommate who is social and respectful but also enjoys their own space. Will enjoy a few drinks together occasionally and will happily join in on some poker nights.

My name is Jasper and I am a 24 year old UOW graduate working full-time as a photographer.
I commute every day to Sydney for work but also work from home.
I’m a Wollongong local and spend most of my free time taking photos, going for hikes, having poker nights or playing games with friends. You’ll be living with me and my lovely 6 month old kitten Ash (Must like cats!).
I think its great to have a friendship within the house but to also respect each others space and privacy.
Also I'd prefer a professional person who is working full-time, but I'll consider someone who is studying full or part-time.
He is super easy going and lovely to live with and is always ready for a cuddle or a play.
