The room has recently been fully renovated and comes complete with a built-in wardrobe and a queen bed, making it move-in ready.

I’m a professional builder and plumber, and I share the home with my Golden Retriever, Hudson—he’s a friendly, well-behaved dog and an absolute bundle of joy.

We’re a friendly, tidy, and easygoing household. Chris, who is staying on, works in logistics and is a very cruisy, laid-back guy. He enjoys movies, going for walks, and quiet nights in, so the home has a relaxed and comfortable vibe.

The ideal flatmate is mature-aged (male or female), respectful, and happy to share a bathroom with one other tenant.

The home features a high-end kitchen, spacious lounge and dining areas, laundry, and a beautiful alfresco outdoor space overlooking a reserve. It’s located in a quiet street, just 300 metres from Figtree Grove Shopping Centre.
