About occupants
Hi I'm David, full-time professional working as a manager with Transport for NSW. I keep a fairly structured routine during the week and mostly work from home, but enjoy a relaxed and easygoing home environment. I’m tidy, respectful of private and shared spaces, and prefer a calm and quiet household at night where everyone is considerate of each other’s schedules. Outside of work I’m interested in science and astronomy and generally keep a fairly low-key lifestyle rather than a party house atmosphere. The house has an amazing view of the mountains and the coast, and has a relaxed neighbourhood vibe. I've just moved in and in the process of buying additional furniture and Airconditioning for next summer.

I strongly value respect and safety in the home and believe everyone should feel comfortable in their living environment. I’m particularly mindful about creating a space where women feel safe, respected, and supported. I have lived in shared houses extensively over the last 11 years and now it's my turn to be a host.
Compatible people
A good flatmate is someone who is considerate, reliable, and respectful of shared spaces. I value people who are tidy, communicate well, and are mindful that everyone has their own routines and need for downtime. I’m aiming for a quiet, relaxed household rather than a party house, so someone with a similar lifestyle who is respectful of noise and privacy would be a great fit.
