Hi, I'm someone who is returning to sharing my house. I'm currently in a 3 bedroom house and I'm not in a hurry to find someone, I just want to find someone who I click with and can feel comfortable around.
I generally don't want to sweat over small issues and like things to be discussed when they become problems. I like cooking and doing other chores either together or fairly, and I like that meals are shared if other people are around.

I'm also into social justice and fairness, and feel a bit weird about charging people to live in the house. This means that I'm more focused on who the person is and how we get on, rather than the ability to pay large amounts of money, when I'm deciding who I can live with. It also is the reason I'm advertising here. I hate that it is so expensive to rent and that some people are taking advantage of people's vulnerability and charging so much.
I work in the arts and am building a granny flat in the backyard. My current flatmate is a needy little dog, so you will have to get along with him too.
