This is a spacious house with plenty of room to share with the existing two member family. Mother and daughter both professionals working full time within public service. There is one Double bedroom with a large bed. Although other possibilities can be negotiated for sharing a room.

4 minutes drive to Yeppoon High Street, 1 km to major supermarket and Yeppoon Central. Need a car or a bike as bus services and taxis are unreliable in Yeppoon. Very quite neighborhood. Short drive to beaches and Yeppon town. The house is a large bungalow, fully furnished and so all you need to bring is yourself.
