Property has nice bushy outlook, is fairly quiet and has pool. Shared bathroom, but there is a small downstairs ensuite if you want own bathroom space.
Can provide furnished or unfurnished room. Also have spare room if you need a study.
If your impacted by COVID, can negotiate the rent down for a while.
