Description of the home

Hi there, my name is Jase & I currently have two room's available in a large house located in Burleigh Waters to be shared accommodation.

Room 1 - Unfurnished Room with Wardrobe, Large Window which faces the backyard garden area. This room is the larger room of the two rooms.

Room 2 - This room is half furnished with a timber queen bed, draw set and has a wardrobe. The window faces the outside along the side of the house.
* This room is available for short term stay's (Max 1 Week) for $80 per night, until a long term arrangement is found.

Utilities & Internet are included rent amount.

The House - (Furnished)

- Large living & dining space which is available for own use, as I make use of the garage space.
- Kitchen overlooks the undercover patio & fully gated & maintained swimming pool.
- Backyard Garden Area around the back end of the pool.
- Front Yard Garden Area, Fully Secure with Gate including the drive way and Outdoor Security Camera.
- 1 Bathroom (To be shared) - Shower & Bathtub - Separate Toilet.
- Shared Laundry Room

I am a single male in his 40's & also own a large male Staffy dog, (who is very friendly).

All applicants are welcome, couples included, unable to accommodate pets.
