My home is in Bundall, backing onto the canals. It is close to shops and walking distance to a Good Life gym. I have a salt in ground pool and a pontoon if fishing is your thing, or you wish to berth a watercraft.

Electricity, water and internet are included, as is fortnightly cleaning by my cleaner.
Rent might seem high, but it is reasonable for the size of the room. It's essentially a granny flat and larger than mine, however I pay a larger amount of rent. It's just the current environment and the landlord is a Chinese business man who is not flexible with rent. Unfortunately this is just the current environment for this area and I am only charging rent to run the house.
