Looking for a new house mate to move in a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house in Alexandria…. yes, you heard right …. That means your own bathroom!
You’ll be living/sharing with two working professionals/guys in their late twenties and early thirties who like design, cooking, gardening, music, sport and hanging out with mates.
House is in an amazing location, 5-minute walk to Redfern Station, Dan Murphy’s, Woollies, Bunnings, cafes, shops and awesome bars (Arcadia, Redfern surf club, Bearded Tit and Lord Raglan).
Property has two living rooms, one with Foxtel installed.
As mentioned all three housemates have their own bathroom, so no sharing which is great.
Bedroom has its own reverse cycle wall unit and there is also one in the kitchen for the shared common areas.
House is fully furnished – Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and fridge included and it has a lovely tranquil backyard.
Rent $320 - per week plus bills
Two weeks bond to be paid to landlord: $640
Property is eligible for council parking permit and street parking is always available.
