The apartment is in Alexandria, a 5 minute walk from IGA and an 8 minute walk to Redfern station. The available room is 3.2m * 3.3m and has a huge wardrobe that is the length of the room (the size excludes the wardrobe). You will have your own bathroom with a bathtub. The place is already furnished (except the bedroom). Unfortunately no pets are allowed on the lease, but if you have a cat it's probably ok (they don't make much noise). The place is available from now until January and can be extended.

Bills and expenses

The bills are gas, electricity and internet. They are split evenly. The bills are roughly $120 (gas), $150 (electricity) and $79 (internet). Gas and electricity bills come every 2.5-3 months and internet is monthly. I can change the internet plan if someone new moves in since we won't need as much data (probably).
