About the occupants
I'm the owner and don't live on the premises, but built the house when I was 19yrs old. You'd be sharing the home with 1 couple and 2 super tidy, quiet yet welcoming males all aged between 32 & 36, of whom work FIFO so are rarely seen.

A tidy Male/Fem, prefer a non smoker, although outdoor smoking is ok. Someone who can be reliable with paying rent and bills on time, and is willing to do their fair share of house chores. Couples welcome at a slightly higher weekly rate
