About the occupants
My name is Lizzy, I'm 31 and currently the lease holder on the house. I work as a full-time security guard at various retailers and usually work Monday to Friday. I train martial arts 5-6 times a week and usually keep to myself.

Sherelee is other tenant in the house and occupies the other bedroom. She currently is working full time at a bank - loves to cook and enjoys food. Also trains at the gym and is often out the house

Both of us are full time gym junkies so we are both often out of the house training
Compatible people
Must be a kind person who is respectful of others and the environment around them. We are both past our 'party phase' in life, so looking for a tenant that isn't too loud. Also willing to share the cleaning of the property equally.
