Fully furnished with high ceilings and timber floors, the house has large living/kitchen/dining areas and an impressive (and secluded) outdoor patio/BBQ deck and garden courtyard. Sharing with two professional & clean males in our early/mid 40s.
2 minutes walk to all amenities on Bondi Road and a few extra to Tama/Bronte/Bondi Beaches. Plenty of on-street parking available.
Looking for a chilled, clean, tidy and respectful person ideally in their mid thirties plus. No couples please. This is not a party house.
