Beautiful 6 bedroom residence on Sydney Road, central Brunswick. It features a large, open-plan living area with a film projector (antiquated cable connections) and band stage (featuring an accoustic drum kit, electric organ and guitars), private rooftop with a wood fired BBQ, "skydeck" with superb city views, (mostly) polished floors throughout, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bathrooms (1 of which is in a state of suspended renovation). The complex has 4 beehives and access to a extensively equipped workshop on ground level.

We have a garage, but as our workshop occupies the space, we've a permit for off street parking in the car park behind our residence.

We're located above SOMA, an artspace owned and curated by the residents of the home.

We're serviced by bus, train and tram, less than a minute's walk to each! Supermarkets, green grocers, butchers, post office, banks, cafes, bars and restaurants (you name it!) are all on our block or the next. Also, we're only a short stroll to local parks and the Brunswick baths.

Bills and expenses

Bills (electricity, gas, water, internet, rates) are divided equally between housemates. We generally do our own things food wise, but shared house meals are fairly common.
