Home Description

Description of the home

The House:
Tucked away in a two bedroom townhouse off Albion Street, 1 minute walk to Anstey train station and 5 minute walk to Sydney road for cafes, pubs, bars etc. Our balcony overlooks a playground and is so quiet and peaceful. The house is fully furnished so you can move straight in. There's also free all day parking on Albion street, always easy enough to get a spot.

The Room:
Lovely room in the heart of Brunswick with double bed and mattress. In the middle of sorting the room at the moment, pictures to come. But has double mirrored wardrobes and space for drawers/TV.
You’d be sharing the main bathroom with myself downstairs (shower over bath) and there’s an extra toilet upstairs.

About the occupants
Gemma

32, originally from Belfast. I’ve been living in Melbourne for over 8 years and I’ve been living in Brunswick for over 2 years. I work mainly from home each week with 1/2 days in the office so having someone on a different schedule would work better. Although there is space for two people to WHF if needed.
I’m pretty low key during the week just out walking my dog, going to pilates or visiting friends/going to gigs. Tend to be out more on the weekends for dinners/drinks etc. Would love someone that would share a glass of wine and watch some trashy tv with.

Séamus:
Is 6 years old, originally from rural NSW. He’s a big gentle giant, we adopted him in 2022 from the pound and he’s the best. He’s very cuddly and lazy. Extra points if you’d be willing to take him for walks and look after him when I’m out and about 🙂
Compatible people
Clean, tidy, respectful, likes dogs, pays rent on time
