Hi my names Mandy, I’m currently living at this awesome modern home with 2 friends. One of them is moving out with her partner so we are looking for a new roomie! Mark and I are both early thirties working professionals who are positive, easy going, clean, independent and like a laugh. We both keep quite busy, travel a lot for work and sometimes at our respective partners houses.

We also both have similar interests including going to the gym, yoga, reading, catching up with friends / family, wondering around the markets, cooking etc.
Compatible people
Looking for someone who is independent, clean, respectful and tidy with similar interests if possible and must be a dog person who is okay with a big friendly bulldog lazing around the house.

I like my space and relaxing when I'm at home therefore not looking for someone who will be having lots of people over regularly, this is definitely not a party house.

Prefer someone working full time however will consider other situations provided bills, rent and bond can be paid in advance.
Description of pets
My dog (Franki) is a very friendly Australian Bulldog that is pretty chilled and sleeps most the day. There is a small park right near the house where he loves to go for a quick walk but otherwise is fairly lazy and easy to look after.
