Back yard is somewhat unique - it is very private and whilst totally concreted ( let's face it - you don't want to be mowing the back yard so it is a positive! ) it has been softened with no dig gardens built on top - ever evolving and not as stark as you may initially imagine.

I am 'old school' when it involves technology and am generally left of most things. At crossroads with work career and am looking for a change, having been in design field for last 40 years or so, however, I have plenty to do to keep me occupied with my own hobbies, interests and general household domestics. Quiet & casual household, clean and tidy without being obsessive, often with music to help with the day. Individual living arrangements, clean up after ourselves and do our own food ( I am vego), shopping etc but am sociable and present when we all meet again after our daily events. Looking for two more (max) who can slot into similar ways of living. Note that this home only has short tenure that can be further explained, so will suit someone seeking short rental for next few months to June 2026 max.
