Share use of all whitegoods and electrical goods as house is fully furnished ( excl. room available). Back yard is somewhat unique - it is very private and whilst totally concreted ( let's face it - you don't want to be mowing the back yard so it is a positive! ) it has been softened with no dig gardens built on top - ever evolving and not as stark as you may initially imagine.

North facing room: 3.0W x 3.9L x 2.7H with full height built in robe 2.7m wide and full width window that looks onto rear back yard. Some small/additional furnishings may be available for use.

About the occupants
We are two self driven, creative, mature women (55 & 59), looking for another self reliant/independent and emotionally mature woman to join in share house/independent living in bright, sunny share house. I am 'old school' when it involves technology and am generally left of most things. At crossroads with work career and am looking for a change, having been in design field for last 40 years or so, however, I have plenty to do to keep me occupied with my own hobbies, interests and general household domestics. Quiet & casual household, clean and tidy without being obsessive, often with music to help with the day. Individual living arrangements, clean up after ourselves and do our own food ( I am vego), shopping etc but am sociable and present when we all meet again after our daily events. Looking for someone who can slot into similar ways of living. New housemate is a vet working in Melb 3-4 days per week only then, commutes back North to her own home. She does come with a large dog who is gentle, quiet and loads of fun. They have a separate space from internal space of home that is a little more private with its own access point.
Compatible people
Looking for a reliable/self driven mature woman who is happy to live in share house but as an independent person who is productive and confident and capable of keeping all common spaces clean and accessible for others. This may suit someone who enjoys their own space and living on their own intermittently but happy to interact and be social with other housemates when/if we are all present at same time. Prefer someone confident without 'ego' and definitely not overly passive or submissive. Bonus points for being environmentally friendly and aware and especially if you live your belief system through being pro-active rather than paying lip service.
Description of pets
Large gently boy called Orion who is a Stag Hound. I never heard/met this breed before myself but honestly he is a very placid boy whom I am enjoying having about.
