I have lived comfortably with queen bed, dresser and sewing desk in this room for 9 months.

There is a built in ward robe with full length mirror, ample enough for 1 persons clothing.

You have access to a shared bathroom with 1 person, (shower, toilet, 3/4 bath)
which had been amazing in winter!
I have found sharing easy as the person you share with is very brief, tidy and has early hours!

I have loved living in the house! ,,and now have decided to move on with my partner.
About the 2 you will be sharing with:

Male : Shu : Architect -Taiwanese /Kiwi, very relaxed, loves hikes, yoga, great cook, with banter and 👌 selection of music

Female: Senay-Chemical Engineer - from Victoria, with a busy life, often works late/away/ loves shoes, comedy and whisky sampling

(they are not a couple)

Both have a busy lifestyle and home is a place to relax in the kitchen /lounge together once a week or so.

We hope to find a similar 3rd person with hobbies /interests and like to relax and treat a house like a home.

Room is available from 2nd week of September

Bills and expenses

Bills are split evenly 3 ways when they come in. This is gas, water, electricity and internet. Shared stuff like toilet paper, dish washing liquid etc we just randomly take turns in buying it. Food we just do our own thing with - but always up for sharing if we've cooked too much of something

The lease is up for renewal in November 2019, with an option to join
on with this house being such a gem, you will want to make it home!
