You will be living in a large bedroom which has a built in and your own modern, private bathroom with toilet and shower, across the hall. The bedroom currently has a queen bed and desk making it ideal for a student or someone working from home, however the desk can be removed if required.

The room is only available for a short term basis which is perfect for someone travelling, student or someone currently between homes. With the possible chance of extending.

There are two bathrooms in the unit, one of which would be yours.

The area

Abbotsford is a quiet, safe area to live, that sits on the bay just west of the city. Just down the end of the street you will have access to the ferry that runs every 30 mins to the city and to Parramatta. Buses run regularly from the top of the street. There is local shops including, cafes, restaurants, newsagents, post office, supermarkets, convenience stores etc. the Abbotsford rowing club is a 5 mins stroll which overlooks the water.
