My roomie is leaving me for 4.5 months to travel the world - so jealous!
Looking for someone to take over his master bedroom and secure parking spot from 31 July til 18 December - $370 a week excluding bills for gas, electricity and Internet. 3 weeks rent paid as security deposit.
The spacious room has an ensuite bathroom, decent wardrobe space and a large balcony overlooking a park. He is leaving his furniture, so the room (and apartment) is fully furnished. The apartment is double story in a secure building with a third guest bathroom / laundry downstairs.
Great peaceful location 5 min walk to Redfern station with loads of restaurants and bars nearby. IGA across the road too.
