Hi there, come join our wonderful, large, 5 bedroom house in Ashwood. We have two living areas so it never feels crowded. Gas central heating, airconditioning, large back yard in a quiet neighborhood close to Deakin Uni and Holmesglen TAFE. Easy walk to 24 hour Woolworths. Bus at the end of the street and train station nearby.
We are a mixture of professionals and one student. Most of us have lived in the house for 3 years and are all very happy here. We have a fabulous landlord, unlike the horror stories some others experience. No signs up around the house. This is our home and soon it could be yours too.

We are five very friendly, easy-going, clean and tidy people looking for another housemate. We all have varying schedules so it rarely feels like there are 5 people living in the house. It can be a bit like passing ships.
We try to have a housemate meal once a month just to catch up on each other's lives and when Game of Thrones is on have weekly viewing sessions. The house is huge so there is plenty of space to be social or private depending on your mood.
You'd be living with a paediatric physiotherapist, computer engineer, graphic designer, accounting student, and urban planner.
Ideally, our housemate will be friendly, respectful and likes living in a clean and tidy house.
