Description of the home

Modern 2-storey townhouse in beautiful Ashburton. It's a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with private courtyard out the back for entertaining, huge living space and lots of storage space. The house is very spacious with natural light in every room.

We are looking for either a single or couple to occupy the master bedroom, which is unfurnished. There is a single garage available for parking or storage. Parking is also available on the driveway, otherwise there is plenty of street parking.

As the house mates who own the furniture are moving out, the house is partially furnished. We would welcome furniture such as a fridge, washing machine, extra couches, kitchenware etc. However, we are also happy to provide these items if need be.

We are located less than 1 min walk to the Ashburton shops and roughly 200m from the Ashburton train station.

If you are tired of looking at terrible flats, with run down bedrooms/bathrooms that look completely different (and worse) than the ad pictures, then come at look at ours and you'll be pleasantly surprised :)
