Description of the home

The house is fully furnished excluding the room unless you need it furnished. the rent is 90 per week but if youd like a bed and bed side table it will be 100 per week. There is a built in wardrobe and ducted aircon. There is 2 loungerooms both with TVs and us housemates love to spend time together watching TV or playing board/card games. Smoking is allowed but outside only.

You will be within a 5 minute walk to all buses and Livingston shopping centre.

Bills and expenses

Bills are divided equally between all 4 housemates depending on your move in date. Internet bill is $20 a month. We have recently move so we are unsure on other bills as we are waiting for them all to come in. Shouldnt be anymore then $50 each time a bill comes in

Dave - Dave is 27, he enjoys the occasional drink, socialising but is also a massive gamer and loves his time to play his game. He currently works fulltime.

Maddi - Maddi is 17, she works at coles and is able to pay her way. she is the newest addition to our lovely home and shes very friendly.

Description of pets
Muffin- she is a maltese X jack russell X lapso apso she is blind and ridiculously friendly. Shes 12 years old and always down for a good tummy scratch.

Jake- he is an australian terrier X. He is 10 years old and a pound pup. Hes completely harmless but he was previously abused as a puppy making him a very timid dog until he gets used to you. Once hes used to you he will always be up for a scratch behind the ears.
