You would have your own bathroom and be sharing the house with two other people, offer open to a single or couple.

The house is located just a 2 minute walk from the bus stop, which takes you straight in to Perth central CBD in just 20 minutes. Also a 5 minute walk from Supermarket, Gym, Shopping Centre and Petrol Station. Lovely area close by to cafe's and directly next to a large park.

Internet is $70 a month and would be split evenly between all housemates.
All other bills will be split evenly also. Gas, water and electricity.

I am a 25 year old Student from Notre Dame University. Originally from the UK, I work part time and am looking for a housemate who is respectful and tidy and keen to socialise from time to time. I enjoy an active lifestyle and spending time with friends when I am away from work and uni. I have an Australian Sheperd dog. He is very friendly and keeps with me pretty much all the time.

One important thing is that you must be respectful of my food allergies as they are quite serious. Easy to work around but caution will be needed.
