Description of the home
My beautiful home was previously owned by Mat and Kim off the popular TV show "The Block". I am looking to rent one of the rooms short term.
Your room is currently furnished with a queen size bed, 2x bedside tables and a built in wardrobe. You will also have your own bathroom (pending there are no further guests in the house) and this features a large shower, with rain shower head, 4 claw bath tub and floating vanity.
You will also have access to the kitchen, living area, study, front yard which features a gorgeous balcony and also the back yard and small deck area. I also have a separate laundry room which you will be able to use whilst staying.
Across the road we have a small golf course and set of shops, which include a liquor store, cafe, convenience store and small takeaway restaurant. The house is walking distance to a large shopping complex and bus depot.
