I’m looking for a flatmate to share this brilliant apartment with as my current housemate is moving out due to a change in our parking situation... if you have a car, this is not the place for you as there is no parking available. That being said, living here you don’t need a car as everything you could need is a few minutes walk away, including public transport!
The apartment itself is set in an excellent, leafy location - close to all of Perth's best restaurants and bars, and a short 10-minute stroll into the CBD.
The apartment is currently furnished, however if you own some common area furniture and want to bring it with you, we could talk about whether it'll fit.

Bills (electricity, gas and internet) are split between housemates and are quite low in general.
We also have a cleaner once a fortnight.

I enjoy films, music, as well as the odd adventure and night out. I have lived and taught in Perth for the last few years and love living close to the city.
I like being a social creature but I am more of an introvert at heart - so introspective, quiet time is cool too. Having said that, the apartment is perfect for entertaining and I host small dinner parties or drinks on occasion. You would be very welcome to do the same.
The apartment is spacious and in the warmer months, the balcony is the perfect to wind down with friends after a long day.
Looking for somebody relaxed, sociable, clean and respectful to take the second bedroom.

You should be a good communicator, friendly, clean, organised (bills etc.) and not interested in hosting all night raves.
