Description of the home

I have a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom semi detach ensuite, 1 toilet, lounge and games room, floor boards and tiles throughout house, carpet in bedrooms.

Ceiling fans in bedroom and games room with big sliding door to outside. There is also a mini bar built in so a bar fridge could be put there.
There is a small tv in the games room and tv points in the bedroom as well.

I have my own lounge and bedroom at front of house and the 3rd bedroom and games room is at the rear.

Fridge, washer. Dryer, dining and appliances are available. I do have a study set up with computer, if needed to use I don't mind but prefer not to sorry. Printer and scanner no worries.

There is a huge backyard with BBQ facilities 2 patios one fully enclosed.

There is off road car park not covered living on a corner block.

Close to warwick grove shopping center and loads of parks around.
Bus stop is on Erindale road which will take you to warwick train station in no time.
