The rental amount per calendar month is $1100 (this works out to be $253 per week. I would prefer to have bills included in rent just to keep it really easy. Netflix, Stan, internet, gas & electricity are included in the final rental price.

About the occupants
I work full time as an Art Designer in a photography studio working weekends. Chris is a plumber working Monday-Friday. We live a fairly full life - busy working during the week days, enjoy cooking/socialising with friends, working on little creative projects & getting stuck into a good Tv series during the evenings. We both try to get out into nature for a good walk every couple of weeks, enjoy going out with friends mostly and could potentially be MIA all weekend (sometimes).
