My home is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with great neighbours, lots of sunlight and a fresh sea breeze even in a heatwave. The room available for rent is a master bedroom with a large built in wardrobe off the bathroom.

It is a 4-bedroom house with a large garden shed for storage and a lovely outdoor area with a daybed and table and chairs for alfresco dining. I have a few raised beds for veges and fruit trees as well as flowers in the back yard.

The location is ideal if you like nature, the ocean or keeping cool. It is a short 10-15min walk or 5min bike ride to the centre of Brunswick and a 5 min walk to the Brunswick River and coastal health.

Super happy to have a dog as long as they live outside.
