We are looking for a female to rent a fully furnished single room in our Share House in the beautiful beachside village of Lennox Head. Sharing with 1 male and 1 females. It’s a Very relaxed, easy going and friendly place to live.

Quiet neighbourhood, easy parking, 10 min walk to Lennox Head Beach, Cafes, Restaurants, Pub & Shopping centre. Byron is just 20min drive north and Ballina is just 15 minutes drive south.

The house is decorated in a light and easy Hampton style decor with lots of cosy sitting areas plus a large outdoor Plantation shuttered sunroom with day lounges to spread out in and a beautiful garden to lay around in the sun and read a book. The kitchen and Pantry are well appointed and suit those that love to cook.

You will have full use of the entire house, Lounge room, Laundry and Sunroom. You will share the Newly renovated bathroom with 1 other female.

The back yard is flat with manicured lawns and comfortably shaded in the late afternoon sun.

The Plunge Pool and Sauna are available to use when ever you want and the pool house is a great place to relax and read a book.

Rent includes Wifi and all the bills. Looking for a friendly, responsible working female housemate who is tidy and house proud.
