Small yard but very private with high fences. Full security with alarm and 24 hr surveillance playback camera. Double garage with available spot that will comfortably fit a 4x4.

No parking cost you will be able to park your car in the secure garage. ADT full 24hr monitored alarm system and 24hr servalliance security camera and fortnightly lawn mowing at no monthly charge to you.

I am a 41yr old fifo female worker. I work hard and prob still exert myself more than I should for my age, as we do. I Bought my house a year ago, and have lived here by myself and am bored shit less lol.

I would prefer another female fifo worker of similar age 35 plus with the same rnr as me purley for some company, but if you deem yourself trustable I am open to someone living fulltime in my home whilst I work away. I understand life and it's turbulence but I will not accept drama or unpaid rent/bills. I want an honest pure stable person living in my home.
