The house is beautiful and located in an awesome part of town (5-10 minute walk to the centre, close to botanical gardens, Aquazone, etc.).
The house is furnished, and the spare bedroom can be unfurnished or furnished. It has timber floors, thick walls and central heating. There are two large living spaces, a large kitchen, an outdoor eating area, 2 bathrooms, large bedrooms and a 5-car garage. On and off street parking is also available.
The current lease is until October with a verbal advice from realestate that we will be able to extend without concerns.
