Description of the home

Hi, we're two full-time professional women in our 30's, Cait and Katrina. We've been in our lovely 3 bedroom house in Leederville for a year-and-half and absolutely love living here. Our friends are moving out to travel which is why the room is available.

The room is a master bedroom, with an ensuite and balcony. The bedrooms are all situated on the first floor, with another toilet and bathroom. The ground floor has two loungerooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a laundry/toilet. We have an awesome outdoor area as well!

It's less than a 10-minute walk down Oxford Street to the main cafe strip (and a block away from the International Beer Shop) - we're very close to everything!

As there's a lot of space the room is ideal for a couple or alternatively one person :) preferably we'd like someone to live with us for 12 months (our lease), but 6 months is also an option. Available 15th May or the week later, hope to hear from you!

Bills and expenses

Room is $230 per week plus bills.
~ $20 per week for bills (WiFi/Netflix/gas/electricity/water etc).
Also, we currently get a cleaner in every fortnight as the floors alone are very hard to clean (and take a long time), we'd like to keep that going if possible.
